Comfort Things: My Go-To List for Hard Days

Over the years, I’ve built a quiet ritual for the hard days. A slow cup of tea in my favourite mug. A hot bath, no phone. A candle I light without needing a reason.

Sometimes it’s about getting outside for 10 minutes. Sometimes it’s wrapping myself in the blanket my friend gave me last winter. These small things don’t solve everything, but they help me feel held.

And I know I’m not the only one. So many of us are quietly building comfort rituals of our own.
