- Up to 28 days before the event: Full refund (excluding website fee, approx. 11%) or transfer to a future event if available.
- 27 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund (minus website fee) or transfer to a future event if available.
- Less than 14 days before the event: No refund or transfer.
